A girl I work with, her daughter nannies for a doctor & his wife- she's a nurse practitioner. 2 Sundays ago, the dad (who is an oral surgeon) came down with like 104 temp, diarrhea, vomiting...They thought he just had a virus...Well, I guess during the night he got up to use the rest room, and passed out. They rushed him to the hospital, and the hospital told him he was in kidney failure. So, the put him in a drug induced coma- couldn't figure out wtf was wrong with him. Turns out- it's swine flu.

Now they think the little boy could have it since he was taking toast and ice chips to the dad while he was sick...Wait, I'm sorry, but who does that?? Especially two well educated medical professionals?? Have their little boy take ANYTHING to a sick parent,? Why chance it?!??
