White House apologizes for low-flying plane - CNN.com

I don't know what the secret service or whomever was doing this, but for some reason a classified photo op doesn't work for me. Kinda difficult flying a low flying plane tailed by jets around NYC and keep it classified. Dumb shit.

I don't get what they photo op was about. Was it people taking pictures from the plane or of the plane?

Very poorly executed/planned decision. I could only imagine what some of the people were thinking!

I am in the Chrysler Building (2nd tallest building in NYC) and one of my clients is downtown where the "photo-op" was happening......his building was evacuated, mine was not. Not much panic. After about 15 minutes they broadcast that it was a training routine and all was normal.

The White house is saying it is just one of many pictures they are taking of the airplane in front of landmarks........

I'm sorry, but with the economy how it is, and the dumb fucks getting their bailouts, bonuses, and hand jobs, I don't think this is the time to be concerned with getting pictures of a plane near our landmarks. FUCK THAT. Just a way to waste more of the taxpayers money.

Another Obama fuckup to add to the list.

That single pic cost US taxpayers close to half a million dollars, and they had many more planned just so they could have various promo shots.

Fucking idiots never heard of Photoshop I guess.
