well it started wit 20 hot wings and 32oz draft beers and went straight downhill after that. huge plate of speghetti and half a loaf of garlic bread and more beers.............maybe a couple of klondike bars got in there with some oreo cookies. been eatin like pure crap the past few weeks. not that i ever really dieted like alot of you but i usually tried to eat fairly clean.
