well just that before I got the impression the Italians were running everything round those parts, then other immigrants moved in, there were feuds etc but then the placed got cleaned right up by juliani where before people tolerated the mob and other rcketeers on the basis that the streets were safer cos they were in control, then came a big clamp down, king of new york goes down and it all changes. from there on my point is that the old Italian families there just look after their own; shops, businesses etc etc, maybe still offer er protection but generally within the Italian American comunity. Jews tend to prefer to do business with jews over any other etc etc, thats what I mean bro
