That house is way overpriced because of the movie, in college I framed houses and built 7,000 sq ft houses on georgeous lanscapes and they only sold around a 1-1.5 million.

I do agree it is a cool house, another one that I like that is near were I live is the modern house built over a stream with a glass floor in the living room you could just sit there fish and watch tv haha.
