How come nobody believes in greek gods anymore? Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Poseidon, etc..

These gods are far older then jesus and they seem so much cooler.


I think I will become religious now. What do I call myself? Is there a name that I call myself like Christians and Catholics call themselves?

I personaly belive that no one belives in thoes gods anymore cuzz they were to far fetched and people figured out that it was made up shit.

hahaha. nice. i think there isn't name for people that followed the greek gods other than the Greeks. the gods apparently spoke to them as "The Greeks" (kinda like how Jesus would refer to his followers as Christians).

It is EXACTLY the same thing. The Bible is nothing but a bunch of "stories", just like the Greek mythology. Only they had far cooler names, like Zeus and Perseus instead of Matthew and Paul.

I say pick a main Greek god and give yourself a name based on him/her as your primary. Which will piss off the other gods and have them begin a war with your followers. Sweet.


And Jesus never referred to anyone as Christian. They were all jews during his life...they were renamed Christians by later theologians.
