    He was recently diagnosed with Autism and Aspergers syndrome BTW

      I would see if the government could use him for "good" in the U.S. if not, depending on what info he hacked, maybe be in jail until that info is declassified.

          They should offer him a deal:

          70 years in jail.....

          OR

          He uses his skills to hack foreign governments that the US wants to spy on until he reaches retirement age (55).

          Off the record of course (officially it'd appear he was incarcerated at a high security federal prison). He'd be housed and fed by money that doesn't show up on government books, appointed a guardian (some CIA type looking for a cushy gig), and would be put in the witness protection program after he retires until he dies.

          I think putting him to work hacking Iran, China, and North Korea is more productive than sending him to prison to rot.
