Game 7 Stanley Cup Finals

Well, I am going to my first Hockey game tonight and its the big one. Im not a huge hockey fan but it should be a blast. Im off work till Monday so I can party a little tonight.

Yeah I watch the Redwings but thats it. This guy I used to work for gave me 2 tickets for free. Im going for the party not so much the game. But I do hope Detroit wins of course.

Ha, I just bought some Sams Red. First time trying it. Usually go for Killians, but someone recommended it to me.

I'm undecided. In the last 2 months or so I have had one beer at a restaurant and it was a blue moon. Before that, I had gotten one of those variety packs. So it's been a while since I have had Killians so I'm not sure I can truthfully compare.

I can't believe someone would give away Stanley Cup Finals tickets, much less tickets to game 7!!!!

The Pens did a tremendous job overcoming the adversity of losing Crosby halfway through the game. I predict they'll be contending for the next several years, as now they will have an easier time attracting free agents (and retaining their own) for less than full market value; they can sell the 'chance to win a cup' angle to get a discount like Detriot has for years.

It sounded like there were a lot of them booing during the cup presentation. Hossa has to feel like the biggest dumb ass. For those that don't know, the Penguins played Detriot last year in the finals and lost in 6. Hossa played for the Penguins then. He signed with Detroit because he thought he would have a better chance at winning the cup. Well he has been on the loosing end both times now .
