Caught my neighbour beating his girl

so im coming home from work the other night and i enter my apartment complex, get to the second floor and i hear screaming so i get out to take a look. I see my neigbour and his girl yelling at each other in the hallway. She is trying to leave and has her bags packed. He walks over to her and pushes her down and then starts kicking the shit out of her, in the head, everywhere. I start yelling at him and running towards him. He sees me and heads back to his apartment. She is yelling at me to call the cops etc. I basically just told the guy not to fucking hurt her and he trys to tell me he didnt do shit lol. so i end up picking her up and just telling her to leave. Fuking neighbourhood has gone to shit lol.

baltimore cops here are the same. if you call for a domestic violence issue, they take about 20-30 minutes to respond and by then the couple has already had make-up sex and a child on the way. had they been 50% faster, they could have prevented a couple cuts and bruises and saved a few tax dollars for the kid who will be receiving food stamps and government child support (which is about $1000 a month if you didn't know).
