I think he may be going a bit overboard...though I will back him if he bans crosses and st christopher medals on anyone under 18. I mean, children don't have the capacity to understand the meaning of such oppressive religious iconography.

I am all for him making France as French as possible, but he has to understand that the french will probably be less welcome in a lot of places through out that continent.

I don't think I was clear on this in your other thread about Muslims, but I am totally in support of restricting foreigners from changing any country that is not their own.

Agreed; if you don't like it, get the fuck back to wherever it is you came from. A stance like this is long overdue...I hope more countries follow suit and stop bending over backwards to appease immigrants (of all kinds, not just muslims). If you want to live like you did back 'in the old country', then go back to the old country.
