He was making excuses. I can only speak for my self when I am saying this, but sometimes women in mens lives make things difficult. I've only had two girlfriends and even there I've been put in awkward positions with friends because of it. The best I could do was split the difference and hope no on e got angry.

So let me get this straight:
1: You threw a party and most of the neighbors were invited.
2: Not all of them came and in fact, some of the neighbors that didn't come had some of your invitees over to their house for dinner.
3: At that point some of the no shows (original invitees) were adult enough and kind enough and gracious enough to show up at your house and visit even after they left their original guests house.
4. And now YOU won't speak to ANY of them until you get an apology from ALL of them because your feelings are hurt or you in some way feel slighted or insulted.

Yes, that is absolutely correct. Not sure what is quite so unbelievable about it. And NONE of them came, but 3 dropped by for 10 minutes, only for me to find out they chose to go to the other neighbors; who were also invited to our house. And they didn't come by AFTER they left, they went BACK to the original invitee's house. =RUDE.

Funny, I got an apology...so evidently not so unbelievable.

As I said before, I didn't really care if any of them came. It was the fact that they came to my house for 10 minutes, if only for what seemed to be the sole purpose of me finding out that they went to the other neighbors house- and that neighbor was one of them who stopped by. That's why I was mad.
