I'm young and I honestly can't think of anyone who has died who has been as prominent as him, except the Pope. The Pope got less coverage than Micheal. I think Mother Teresa died when I was 12 and she did so much for the world and I don't remember anything like this.

Media and a lot of people are acting like the passing of a musician (that hasn't produced any good music in 10+ years) was some sort of saint. He didn't even live in the states much in the past few years. I was done with MJ a long time ago, but yes I understand what a pop star he was twenty years ago.
