  • For those who loved and lost

I ask this in all respect to those who have lost a true love, whatever the situation in how it happened. Do those of you with more experience believe in love and that to love and eventually lose (inevitably unless a fountain of youth is found). Also, if you currently feel that you love someone please feel free to share any thoughts on this matter. Thanks for any 2 cents you can drop.

Maybe I am retarded but I cant understand what exactly it is that you are asking. My apologies.

I'm just wondering in short if it's worth it, devotion to another, love, etc, the whole nine yards bro... I've been with a girl for a year and half and never loved her, that sounds awful but I just wouldn't say I love someone when I cared for them dearly but not love. I think I might just be splitting hairs here but basically I am young enough to not know what some people call "true love". Thx for comment on the sig lol I can watch that movie daily.

        ahh, i get it.

i would say you will know when true love happens. the kind of love you have for your mom or dad or child is different then with a girlfriend/wife but its just as powerful.

True love is out there, but it's not a matter of proximity or something that can be described. It will be different for everyone. The person that makes your life feel complete will be dependent on what you feel is important to you. I know if I lost my wife I wouldn't remarry again. Just don't see the point. I'm sure I would date and maybe have a long term girlfriend, but I wouldn't get married because it would never hold up to what I already have.

That is exactly what gives me hope in a fucked up world. Try talking to a bunch of knuckle head young 20 year olds (my friends) about something like this without being needled all the time. I appreciate your honesty and I hope that the feeling of being complete you have now will never be lost.

I'm such a sap for love. I believe that you can love just about anyone, in varying degrees. You will only have one love that means everything to you though. I'm pretty sure I haven't had that yet, but who knows. This is weird, but i know that without my best friend my life would suck. We've been through a lot together and he's more my brother than anything else. I imagine finding true love...would be much like that, except with exceptional tits and a vag. :D

take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are truly attracted to tits and pussy because i dont think you are.

You're reading comprehension fails, yet again dude. Its like true love is what shibby said. Someone that makes life complete. You don't have any friends that are like brothers? Try and think about it if we were an asexual species...try not to get caught up on the gay aspect of things, like you often do. :tired:

There are so many different types of love that it is quite fascinating that our culture has created a world where we only suppose to have one favorite when it comes to a spouse.

Thank you. I wish I was intelligent enough to word it that way. :clapback:

I'm gonna leave you in the dark with that, much like you leave us in the dark with you in regards to being pro, etc. Besides, does it really matter other than satisfying your curiosity?
