There's something old school about Metroflex and instead of the tarted up glamour workouts you often see, this one is more like Dorians Blood and Guts vid, something really real about it, you can see Branch likes particular music/songs that befit his training style and I wonder if this guy ever trains any other way that balls out, great to see someone really working, this is the kinda shit that builds muscle and you can feel the intensity!

I always see bodybuilders using the lat pulldown machine like, and always wonder Is that like a full back exercise, I always thought using all that momentum would be bad for the workout, but obviously not seeing that he is two of me haha.
