I was an E5 too ,,Our staff nco's were E6 and above ,, either way it is nice .. it took me 31/2 years to make E5 and the pay was nice .. LOL

Which Branch? Air Force is E1=Airman Basic; E2=Airman; E3=Airman First Class; E4=Senior Airman; E5=Staff Sergeant; E6=Technical Sergeant

Thats what i made SSGT in. 3.5 years Got STEP promoted, then went back to civilian life a year later. Congrats Hollywood!
