ha funny posts, yeah its not something you eat regular, my dad used to eat big portions of black pudding, which is basically blood and fat, gave me some off the side and said, eat this son it'll put hairs on your chest, he told me that about snuff powder aswell.

No shit! Whoops is right I didn't know your dad was dead sorry about that:( funny part is as I was typing that I did say to mysef watch I bet he is gonna say somethng like my dad is dead you prick! :D
Actally I am always around I never log off but I am out all day so I do more browsing than posting when I come home, plus I am doing more mountain biking than lifting these days. I do 10 to 12 miles a day in fact I did my first mountain biking race two weeks ago and it sucked! My fucking gears kept slipping so it was a bad finish.
Anywho I am always around.
