  • 210hp tune for my F-250

I cant belive I just ordered a 210 hp tune with cold air intake and full exhaust for 2500 bucks.
210 hp that is insane for such a small price. Anyways It should be fast when all said and done. They even offer a 310hp upgrade tune for 399.99. I will just have to pass on that for now.

Just wait till the turbo spools up you'll be roasting of tires in no time.

I am assuming you have diesel, If you stack chips you can get almost 2000ftlbs of torque(They do not reccomend it).

I hope you got something that's adjustable. I had a chip in my chevy diesel with a few settings. It was nice because I set it at about 80 over and drive around normally but it went up to 200 when I wanted it.

The diesel chips are generally pretty simple. A big part of what they do is up the boost and put the fuel pressure through the roof. Its fun but I never liked the thought of what I was doing to the motor.

Make sure you get a pyrometer too. more power means more heat.

Ya it comes with 4 settings included in the price. The race tunes cost extra.
It also had a 5"color monitor that scans everything and anything.
With my benz the super charger didnt like the air intake temps! on turbos I guess they dont like the exhaust temps. So that will be one of the main thing I watch EGTs and fuel pressure. Alot of people are towing with the 210hp tune and EGTs are still ok so I dont think I will ever reach the limit. The monitor also has a warning alarm when anything gets close to bad.

I know the towing the EGT's are not the major concern but the transmission burning up is. This chips let the torque converter in the transmission slip a little more than usual to let the turbo spool up quicker, like slipping a clutch in a standard. More slipping=more heat, just a little tip you can learn from my old boss who ate up 2 trannies towing with his chip set to the max.

Now you gotta get some stacks for it so it looks badass when your rolling coal.:hibb:
