I either need to relearn the word angst or this makes no sense to me.

Agreed. I would not use the word angst to relate to this movie.

If Ferris buelers day off is angst I would hate to think of what kind of movie my teens would've looked like being ptsd LOL.

It's not Ferris Bueller's Day Off, it's The Breakfast Club!

But the title indicates he is speaking of The Breakfast Club. :dunno:

no the title says nothing about the breakfast club. "The only man that understood teenage angst well enought to express it in film"

the link he posted is talking about the director of many teen movies has died.

How many people from detention hang out together after highschool? Let alone college. I'm not saying it's a bad movie but life is a shitload tougher than that and to proclaim someone is the only one who really captured teenage angst ?? Just a lil far of a stretch for me, I'll stick to bully if I want another look at how shitty being young an fuckin stupid can be.

I meant the title of the link "Breakfast Club creator dies"

Who knows anyway, Chris is in a league of his own most of the time. He could be talking about Don't Tell Mom, the Babysitter's Dead - we'd all be as equally confused/disagreeing. :wack:
