You and I will just have to stick to wrestling eachother then. :)
So, yesterday I'm at the doctor trying to figure out the reason for months of pain in my arm. It initially started when I armwrestled a guy in Jan., twice, held him off for nearly a minute each time then I gave up. Anyway, I hurt myself and didn't realize it that night. Took a few weeks off from training arms, went to chiropracter and massage therapy, then went back to my training. Well, in recent weeks it's become insanely painful...to the point where if I'm in bed and I pull the covers up with that arm it really hurts! My lifts rae suffering, so I figure it's time for an x-ray. I had told the nurse I originally hurt it arm wrestling. Well, the doctor comes in and reads the nurses notes who only put down wrestling and she asks me what kind of wrestling do I do, mud wrestling? LOL I explained what happend. As she examines me she asks if I'm a bodybuilder. I was kinda dumbfounded because I never thought of myself as one...I just train. I dunno. It made me feel good that she noticed though. Her mom started training in her 40's and came in 3rd in a comp. so she was familiar with some stuff...she also mentioned that her mom was all natural. I didn't mention that I've used prop a couple of times. LOL She wants me to lay off training for a few weeks, but I'm not. I am trying some iontophoresis therapy (steroid cream placed under some electric shock pads) and the first treatment seemed to help some...I go back for another on Monday. I'm gonna look for a sports med. doc. though.
In the meantime, I'll be waiting to wrestle with ya, Petite...mud is too messy...I think we'll stick to the jello. ;)
