Its easy to cast doubt on him but who cares if he does AAS, of the seven men in history that have run sub 9.8, 3 have been convicted of doping charges and another Maurice Green named by a convicted dealer.
Carl Lewis the biggest critic of doping, (himself testing positive at the 1988 games to stimulant found in cough medicine) and his coach say its just crazt that someone can go from running 10 seconds to 9.6 in one year and he would put money on the fact that he is using.
But who really cares if there was no doping I'm sure he would win anyway, its more about technique customised to his build thats the key.
Check out this earlier post I did on the history of the fastest men. I thing Ben Johnso and Carl Lewis are the most remembered.

Using or not, show me another human being who could run 100m faster. The guy is a freak of nature. He shouldn't be able to run that fast with his build, but he does and it's awesome. Another sprinter in the 200m said it was like being in a video game seeing him run so fast.Comment
