VA drivers are okay. i think the recent laws in VA caused them to become more cautious. those $1000 fines aren't something you want to pay back. otherwise, they can be indecisive. and i hate indecisive drivers. there are some ethnicities i'd like to call out in this department but i'll refrain from doing so.

that's the highway patrol's issue. most of the time, they don't salt the roads on time because we're always under the assumption that it will never snow even though there is a 95% chance. a friend of the family works for Dept of Transportation and said that the greater baltimore area is the slowest in preparing for a possible snow storm. RT100 here is a bad road to be on when it's snowing because it's curvy and NEVER SALTED.
