  • How do you handle negative family members

My fucking sister is constantly on my case about training since i have been training with her husband. Saying that it is unnatural and guys who train are fake and trying to be something there are not blah blah blah. Bitches about protein shakes saying its not natural blah blah. I tell her all the makeup she puts on isnt that fucking natural either and she says its totally different. She tries to tell me that anyone who lifts weights, when they get old all their skin will hang loose etc lol. I think some women are threatened by it. Fuckin bitch!

Tell her, its not her body. And that she obviously married the wrong man, because he seems to enjoy it. Maybe she should lay off the chicken lard.

Is this a recent thing bro - or is it since you've been training with your brother in law?

some people that feel guilty bout not working out (in any capacity) tend to make up bs to justify to themselves why they are not missing any health benefits.

            :agreed:

It's straight up jealousy, envy or worry. Your sister is probably nervous that her husband will get in good shape and look for something better, or now he is in the fitness lifestyle he will no longer have time to pay attention to her.

Take it to the gym and train harder.

Just ignore her bro and continue training. People are always going to hate or whatever their reasons are. I used to and currently get that from people but I ignore them, screw them.

Have wild monkey sex with him, repeatedly, and let her find out about it. That will take her mind off of it. Then send her a case of snickers bars to help console her.

Well we used to live in separate states but i recently moved to the same area and have been training with my brother in law since. She complains when he trains with me that he should be at home with the kids lol. She is against any type of drug, she only uses herbal shit. Wont even take asprin because "its not natural" lol.

                    I agree with this.

But really, if it's taking time away from her or their family, that's his/their issue...not yours.

Depending on how much time he is away from the family, this is very true. A father is a very important figure in childrens live. Especially in girls lives as they grow up. It is very important for young girls to have a father figure IMO.
