    i say go the natural route first before jumping to the drugs.

    go to target and get the target brand valarian root. they are 450mg capsules. take 4 of them anytime you are anxious during the day and also 30 min before bed. helps calm me down.

    also stay away from any stimulant. no coffee, no diet soda with caffeine etc.. i cant have anything with caffeine, i am to high strung.

      Well, for the most part, yes. That's why I was so surprised. I mean, my body isn't totally back to normal weight wise, I still have about 15 lbs to go. But, I'm continuing to drop weight. Boobs are continuing to shrink too (thank God for saline). Now the period part, not so much. I have had one since April, that I could actually call a menstrual cycle, last month. The one before last month, and this month were almost non existent.

        funny you say that about caffeine, I cut out all CNS stimulants about 5 months ago and the other week when I was out I had some green tea and almost went crazy, I could barely believe how sensitive those receptors can become. I never had success w/valarian root - but w/a stable life and good patterns I know others who have used it well. Prolly should give it another look these days.

          was your dosage high enough? i need to take around 1800-2000mgs for it to be effective. now its not going to knock you out like a drug would but it takes that edge off for me and allows me to relax.

          with that said, it only works because i cut all stimulants and i exhaust myself in the gym.

          people that drink coffee all day and sit at a desk aren't going to get much out of it because their lifestyle has fuck their body up.

          i take the v-root 30-45 min before bed, take a hot shower, stretch a bit in the shower, and go to bed naked with fan and AC on. feels good on my hot balls, puts me right to sleep. :hibb:

            lol you got it to a science I see.. Like I said dude - cannot even tolerate caffeine anymore - fuckin like to be able to rest when I sit down not feel like I need to be doing more shit. I'll look into it at those dosage - I'm pissed, can't do any lifting really - esp compounds because of the pressure on the liv atm, still waiting on that shit so I sit here with my legs pounding away all ancy and shit, go for walks everything, nothing can take the place of the gym. What balls ? I thought you were on :retard: - they just get in the way bro :weights:

              I went to the doc years ago for Ambien, and I came out of there with Paxil, he said I had night anxiety (worries) and that was keeping me up. I did a couple months of the Paxil, but hated the side effects (Couldn't get/keep an erection), so I went off that and then he put me on Ambien.

              I hardly ever take Ambien, maybe 2-3 a month, sometimes I can feel an insomnia night brewing and take one, sometimes I just lay in bed not sleeping and deal with it. I have had sleep problems since I can remember 12-13, and my dad also has trouble with sleep, so I have leared to deal with it.

              Got off topic there, try it out Red and don't worry about what other people would think of you taking a med. You obviously aren't like most people and are just going to blindly take a pill, you have done research and you seem in tune with your body, if you feel after a couple of months that it isn't working then go speak to your doctor again.

                well in the mean time off from the gym just put all your focus on walking or riding or whatever.

                like my grandpop always said, "you can be a fuckup at a million things in life as long as you do 1 thing the best". :thumup:
