Actually, political views aside he was an integral part in many of the things we take for granted today. Kennedy played major roles in passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act and the 1993 Family and Medical Leave Act.
Liberal or not, he was at the forefront of the Senate, and played a major role in changing government. He liked his cocktails- don't get me wrong. But, he graduated from Harvard, and served in the Army, then dedicated his life to government. And that's only AFTER both of his brothers were assassinated.
But- Rado's right- what a piece of shit.
Jesus.
