First off he calls me "Big guy" which pisses me off, second he asks me to help him with his job. Well, today he asked me to help him put a TV into place. Well, to start off he is telling me I am doing something wrong and that I have to push harder to set the tv in its metal hanger. I end up pushing it and scratching the shit out of it (the reason I didn't push hard). Then he says we should put it down cause I don't know what I'm doing. Something I told him in the begining. Before I can take a breathe he lets go of it and I'm stuck holding it. It strained my forarm muscle and I still have to lift today. Dickweed.

you are a ninny. sorry but you are.
if you dont want to do something dont do it. if someone tells you you dont know what your doing put the thing down, walk away and say you do it yourself then. you are treated the way you are because you allow it to happen. guaranteed that situation would never happen to me.

i work with/for my parents. i just humor them when they're lecturing me and go about things my own way. if i don't know how to do stuff, i pretend like i'm figuring it out and just text for a while.
but when i worked with best buy, i would help people only if i knew how to 100% and i wouldn't ever let them walk over me. i had a supervisor that would just walk around the gaming department and hand off carts of games to me to put up. i would just look at the cart and him and say "well, if you don't have a meeting and don't feel like being bothered, you worry about restocking and i'll do the meet-and-greets."
