The aninimity of the Internet drives me crazy. People can be so much different in person, and the ultimate lack of responsbility it creates. However, I become disgusted when the government I fringes on that aninimity by forcing ISPs to reveal personal information in matters that don't pertain to a persons safety.
I can see the preventative reasoning, but should the information be considered public? I just see so much overhaul happening if people can't be more reasonable and responsible online.
