Question about buying a car?

I have my cash in a CD (not for the intrest so I wouldnt spend it,lol)
anyways I cant get it untill next monday 10 days from now. The car I want is gonna have 0% for 72 months this weekend!
their are only 2 outta 1568 that fit what I want left in all of cali.
If I go into the dealer make a deal with them will they take a post dated check for the down payment? I can show them the bank account and when I can get it!
Normaly I would wait another week but 0% is huge and only 2 of the exact car I want makes me want it now.
1 is about a hour away and the other is 2 or so hours away

Ya I though about asking them but them they would know I am kinda stuck and might not budge on the price as much. I do have about 10K in my checking I could give them now but the rest is sleeping in a stupid CD.
