              haven't tried soup, good call - thing is whenever it goes down it comes up bro. So i've been sticking to pediolyte/water and I try to manage one or two small meals a day.

                  yeah saltines are good, I find that sweet potatoes or wheaties first meal helps the rest of it stay settled more - but if I eat one wrong thing it's all over and coming up - real weird.

                      yeah, a week ago I did tomato but I used some skim milk ... dairy = terrible choice.

                        Fuck that get a double western bacon cheese burger with criscut fries and dunk them in ranch. Then go to your local doughnut shop and get some choclate covered twists and have a good time. If it stays down cool if not you just saved yourself 3000 cals,lol.
