I was wondering why she wasn't in the finals. I haven't watched as many matches as I normally do. Serena acted like a classless piece of shit.

She is the only one close to giving Kanye West a run for his money in the 'Douchebag of the Week' contest.

You take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl...

I had a lot more respect for her before this happened. Growing up in Compton, she appeared to beat the odds.

I played Varsity tennis all through high school, so yes. Went to State my senior year, had an athletic scholarship, etc. And I have lost my temper, but not at the line judge. I would pound my racket on the ground a couple times, but never gone off the way she did. If she had such a problem, then she needs to take it up with the chair judge.

It was a very juvenile move, and the fact that she never really apologized or even took responsibility for it publicly, makes it almost like she thinks she got one over on the officiating crew; and she's better than them. I mean, what's $10k to her, really?

and if you had lost your temp at the line judge i dont think anyone would judge you like you are judging her.

it's just fact that when it's a celebrity who is being followed throughout the entire game for her entire career, one odd move is magnified. and the fact that she's a role-model to a lot of kids and this just kinda rubbed people the wrong way.

i read somewhere that her anger could be due to the fact that she had never been called on a foot-foul before and this particular line-judge was picking up everything.
