Finally finished my gym

I'm doing all right with my workouts, I also bicycle commute 20 miles a day back & forth to work 4 or 5 days a week. been a tough year though mentally for everyone I am sure. Completing this space is inspirational for sure.

looks pretty good bro, how much would you estimate the whole thing to cost from start to finish.

As near as I can tell the equipment,floor,& mirrors is around 10 grand. I did all the work & I consider the space as part of the house so I don't count that in the cost of the gym. I am sure if I had to contract that work out it would be ridicules.
That is just a quick walk around guess, There are all kinds of bars and plates I bought at different times & I don't remember what I paid. I never really think about what it is worth in $ it is just the gym like any other room in the house if that makes any sense. By the way the chain was cheap at Home Depot, $30 buck a piece I think.

have you done anything to the house on the outside since you posted them pics awhile back?

I put in the in ground pool and built 16 X 50 Deck with a pergola of the same dimensions. I am currently building a large water garden Coi pond. I sold the horses last month, had no time for them really. that and cleared some land back. building stuff inside too but that's about it so far. I do have all the funding to have a large solar array installed on grid but I have been holding off till things are a little more stable.
