so all of you parents out there. i have to write a paper creating a birth-plan for myself and my partner. as if this wasn't enough pain, apparently my partner and i can't conceive naturally. anyhoo, one part of the paper is asking how much types of births would cost. obviously home births are significantly less than hospital births but i can't get a round estimate of the average cost to have a baby in the hospital. of course, if you don't feel comfortable answering, i understand, but i need any and all help. i don't care about insurance and crap. i need the total cost. any and all help is greatly appreciated.
another aspect is choosing what method of assisted reproductive technology you'd want to use. if you want to suggest one over the other, i'm completely open to suggestion. so far, i think IVF is the best. thanks. :)
and no. this isn't a cover-up.
