Here is an example for you...at 6:30 am I already tought an hour of hands on bootcamp class(that means I was training with the class in case if you didn't get it) finished the class met my next client for a 3 mile hike, I am going for my daily around 10 miles of mountain biking this afternoon and going to lift around 7pm and that is my daily schedule.
