So many athletes of other sports think the transition into mma is an easy one. During training on the ultimate fighter Marcus Jones (former Bucs player) was puking his guts out and saying "no workout in the NFL was ever this hard."

i dont have any doubt. MMA is the pinnacle of any fighting form there has ever been. any ancient fighter that people tend to think of as almost mythical would be destroyed by an MMA fighter.
