My wife loved the book when she was a kid and she's been bugging me to go.
We went today and saw Pandorum instead though.

We went with another couple and all four of us really liked it.
It has some plot holes here and there but nothing major.
I thought it was a nice return to Sci-Fi that has been missing lately.

I just saw a preview yesterday for "Where the wild things are". Looks pretty good. Like a never ending story style.

Yeah, that looks pretty cool and I'm sure Alice in Wonderland will be good/different(Johnny Depp) as well.
