One thing to try is go to apple.com and download iTunes right from there and see if it's any faster.

Rocket did you try to restart your computer? if you didn't you might just wanna restart your computer first, sometimes simply rebooting the computer takes care the stupid reason for not working right.

right after this post I went to the link and tryed to download. almost 30 mins to install. Windo installer just now told me it cant install so I clicked retry?
