in all seriousness - try to find something relaxing on TV and dim your lights a lil every 15-20 minutes. I have horrible sleep issues - i do this / take other things (but we know you arent about it bout it) - but the light dimming affect works like a charm - turn the tv off after about 30 mins if you are getting tired. If not, i'd go back to masturbation.
