I first thought Anton shot Lundy, but I am moving away from that idea, I don't think it was trinity at all.

I think the coffin is for Trinity. I never thought Anton shot them, but I'm not sure who. I think the photographer will get connected to something bad so Dexter will get past that kill. The reporter has amazing tits. :)
