I can believe this...the gene pool has been weakened by modern society. The 'runts and retards' were left to die in the caveman days...they weren't taken care of by a system, and therefore allowed to reach maturity to reproduce. Back then, if you weren't fast and strong enough to hunt, you died...natural selection ruled the day and because of it you'd have a race of super-beings physically when compared to today's standards.
