being sick really throws me off. my diet especially gets affected

breakfast (8:40am): hot tea with milk and 2 pieces of wheat toast
lunch (12pm): roughly 1 cup of rice with veggies and 2 pieces of chicken (if they were cubes they would be 2"x2")
dinner (6:20pm): chocolate chip cookies
i had an amazing day! i feel 10 pounds lighter! :whistle
