School gym is trash. Max dumb bells go up to 100lbs. Ya thats nice for chest and shoulders, but for back and traps its useless.

Free weights are good and squat racks are good.

I just like the cardio there, in and out within 45min.

You might not be doing traps and back correct then bro. 100s are good enough for "most people"

I concur in context. DNA, unless you have made some major improvements recently, it sounds like you have moved up too fast loosing your form. That you have gone from lifting the weights to just/mostly moving the weights.

well I use the DB's for shrugging. Strict form, control of weights, and go for about 10 reps. Usually by 10, my forearms give out. I don't use gloves or straps.

Also, I use DB for my back. For One-Arm Dumbbell Row, I use 100lbs. I do that for 8-10reps.

I never got there overnight, took a very long time to reach it. I have been lifting for 4 years so, and now i am starting to touch the triple digit weights.

You just posted for "back and traps its useless" about the 100s now you post this. it sound like it is just enough for you.

I would show you how to do traps if you were near me or you can search it but I have a way that you would never use the 100s.

100s on lawn mowers is pretty good also I would like to see you do thoes also.

              100's on lawn mowers?

I meant to say I do 100's at my school gym with different forms so I can be able to maximize the results from them.

I used to shrug 135lb DB's, thats the max at my regular gym. With those i was noticing bad form and forearms giving out around the 6th rep.

After a while my forearms built up to it. Funny thing is, my forearms got smaller not bigger :wack:
