trying to cheer myself up tonight, not being self absorbed but I've shed a few tears tonight my uncle passed early this morning and just got word.

Me and my wife are tight with my Cousin by marriage and I know he's devastated by the loss of his dad. I went to see his dad in hospital two Fridays ago and I knew it was time to consider easing his pain and for Cousin to spend time with his dad.

Cancer got him initially, and the chemo knocked his immune so low he got pnumonia then septecemia. This morning then took the mask off that was keeping his lungs inflated and him alive and gave him a strong flow of morphine while his son held his hand.


Guy was about 62, one of the nicest guys ever, honest, kind no bullshit wore his heart on his sleeve, worked construction all his live.
