So today was Trainer Olympics for my company - basically a field day for adults. We're out at the beach all day doing all sorts of silly games - balloon slingshot, dodgeball, wheelbarrow races, etc. We save the best for last - the bounce house obstacle course. We made it a relay of 6 people going against 6 other people from another store in our company. I go first against some badass guy in killer shape. I make it through, tearing up my knee as I fly out of it, but whatever - thank goodness it's over. The next round goes and a guy dislocates his elbow and breaks his finger, so we have to start over. Great! I go through, I'm almost at the end - I'm going over this slide head first, and my legs like come up over my head from behind, and I slam down knocking the wind right out of me. I jump up thinking "screw it, I HAVE to finish" but I just could NOT breathe. I get out, stand around for a bit and all of a sudden am in the worst pain in my side! So to prevent a long story from getting longer - I'm forced to go to the hospital and they tell me I tore an oblique. Wth - who does that!! :fight:

Other than your injuries that sounds like a good you tube video. Hope you heal quickly. Those bounce houses are always deadly those things have sprained ankle written all over them.
I worked at a party story in high school and we had a 25 foot slide and I was dared to go down it in a sumo suit sprayed in armor-all... not good.

lol, yeah - there were a couple of managers standing on the side of it, so they saw me. One came back while I was at the hospital and said there was no way in hell I didn't break ribs or sustain some type of injury by the looks of my body haha.
