Now this dissapoints me - Royal Navy coulda stopped pirates

Full story below but basically the British Couple held captive got hijacked when a Royal Navy Frigate was really close by, there was a small exchange and the frigate wasn't equiped in itself but had a load of Royal Marines that were gagging to board the pirate ship and do some damage, and they had firarms, were ready to go and then got told to stand down by some pen pusher, so the pirates go ahead and take the Brits hostage.

What the hell are the Navy for? apparently it was too much of a health and safety risk!

We only knew this because one or the Marines was so pissed he ratted the Navy out.

completely seperate incident, just saying more brits taken hostage abroad, Iranians usually give them back after a while though.
