i said something in another post I used to have a girl in NJ when I lived in NYC and we would go to the shore every summer but its a joke now everyone wants to be a gangster or trys to hard to be tuff, I am Italian and never understood that now all these younger Italian guys are Italian when at home around their family but all of a sudden act black when at the shore its fuking crazy not that I have anything against black people at all but its out of control down there , my little cusin visited me the other month and was like waz up nigga wtf?? And rappers give themselve Italian names after the mob lol the mafia didnt like other races its crazy but I guess its a fad. I didnt mean to afend any1 as I said I have nothing against any black people I just think its crazy that people try so hard to imatate that culture.

Just lame ass people trying to get 15 minutes of fame and then moving to Hollywood to be actors. The reality is they end up doing appearances at clubs that are frequented by college kids, and then go on to do dumbass challenge shows to make themselves look like asses to the masses and earn a few bucks.

i think it happesn to most TLC shows because the network producers are so pushy and want to control the lives of the people in order to make the show more enjoyable. think about how likely jon and kate would have done half the crap they were shown doing if they weren't on a TV show?

Actually, I don't agree so much. True, they have some pretty outrageous TV. BUT- if they are targeting that demographic, then they have some shows that are pretty beneficial.

For example, "16 & pregnant", which is now "Teen Moms"...I think that's VERY educational for those girls as to what life is actually like if you get pregnant & have a baby at such a young age.

There's also "Worlds Strictest Parents"...also gives a good message that is great for young people to see.

They also always have several anti smoking commercials. I can appreciate the fact that they are trying to educate their target audience, instead of all pollution
