  • 16 days on 16 pounds later

Found this site a couple of weeks ago and have really found motivation from its members. You Superior Muscler's have inspired me to rededicate myself to training and eating clean. I've been charting my regiment for 16 days now and have lost 16 pounds. Thanks guys and gals,
    Muddy.

Right now, everything has been on the "up and up". Here is my routine, suppliments, and example of a days diet.
              Training
              Mon - chest/tris/shoulders
              Tues- 40 min cardio
              Wed - back/bis/traps
              Thurs- 40 min cardio
Fri- 20 min cardio and legs
Meal 1- Fat Free cottage cheese and a fruit
Meal 2 - grean salad, can of tuna, potato or brown rice
Meal 3- 2 scoops protein, creatine, fat free yogurt, strawberries
Meal 4 - chicken breast and veggies
Meal 5 - can of tuna, green salad
Meal 6 - egg white omelete, one piece of wheat toast

              Suppliments- multi vit/vit C/stacker 2 Efree(which sucks)/Amino Acids

This is what I do right now. I was at 240, but I have been training for 13 years. I used to be really hardcore in my early 20's, but for about 6 years and into my 30's I really slacked off. I never quit the weights though. Anyway, my plan is to continue dieting and I will start a clen cycle which will go 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks of an ECA stack (old school stacker 2) with yohimbe. Once I am down to about 210, I will come back up with Test Cyp (200) with milk thistle added to my suppliments as well. Please feel free to critique my routine or anything. All opinions or advice is welcome. The whole Clen and gear cycles will be new to me. I have read every article on this board about the rights and wrongs and have gotten great advice on improving my overall physique.

When I was in my early 20's I maintained around 10% BF at 195 pounds. I was really into off road biking, so I had plenty of cardio and back then I was a single man, so I had a totally different motivational factor to keep in shape. Now I am in my 30's married/kid/dogs/etc. Even though I never left the gym, I sort of just went through the motions. Then suddenly I'm 240!!!! I carry a decent amount of mass for an all natural guy, its just hidden under the new "winter coating" if you will. I was never opposed to steroids or clen or anything, I just never activily tried to obtain it. Then I didn't want to do something retarded and miss use it. So I started looking for a place for info from "real" people who give "real" advice. I subscribe to Flex but I know Mr. O is taking more than Mega Mass 4000 and drinking lots of water!!! Even though Massmonster12 (I'm making this name up) is the handle, a real person is behind the avitar who has been there and willing to pass on the knowledge.

                      muddy,

good story, mine somehwat similar all's I can say is at 35, I'm 45 now, is when father time finally said we are leaning one way, I'd always trained and watched what I ate yet some injuries were hampering me

so, diet become super important shed about 10 extra didn't need and have kept it off since, added some muscle etc.

So, essentially saying, now is the perfect time, much much easier than waiting a few years
