dc is changing its been projects but they r movin em out. crime is still crazy though its funny u can buy ne drug and look up and see the nations capital.

dc has a little program where they put every cop out on patrol for a full day, the cops aren't allowed to take the day off or a half day or anything. apparently they do it randomly and it is "helpful".
