    I gotta say, i take my hat off to those guys who stay consistent all fuckin year round. Bouncer, mr incredible, bigscot. It takes alot of hard work and consistensy. I haven't had a fucking shake in two months. My life has been a fucking rollercoaster the last 12 months. Training once or twice a week. Definetly not a "bodybuilder" anymore. I come here and see you fuckers still talking about oats in your fucking protein shake. Hats off to ya.. Hope to get back on track soon..

              Im at 6000cals right now and I throw in burgers and subs sometimes even ice cream in my shakes its hard to get a ton of cals from tuna,egg whites and shit . Im on a see food diet ,see it eat it.

                Way too high. I rather have lean beef and plenty of it.

                High carbs and high proteins are the way to go.

                  cals/protein/carbs - if you are big enough , and your bulk % is like 12-15% , you can eat all that stuff - esp gettin the cals in. Of course clean bulk is another story, and this only would apply if you are a big dude, as B says he is. (pics :D)

                        its fine to eat healthy. you are in cutting down phase. you if you are on a serious bulker you need to take in calories and you simply cant eat enough rice, fish, and chicken to get those cals.
