Whats in store for 2010?

I'm going to change things up a bit. First, I plan to do a 6 week carb cycle, trying to drop into the 7-8% BF range, after which I plan to focus on functional training.
I'll be mixing in a lot of bodyweight exercises, pullups, pushups, etc. with running, etc. to attain a high level of functional fitness. The goal will be achieve a level that would be good enough to give a good go at an army special forces selection program, not that what I can do would be anywhere like the real thing, but at 43, I don't thing the Rangers would be knocking on my door anyway.. :rofl:
