Well Im squatting today at the gym just got done warming up. I had a shake a little to soon b4 training just real quick and when lifting my gut was actting a bit off so anyways, I have 350 on the bar and on my 12 rep I felt it comming and boom I let a huge fart out lol. Now I had head phones on so I couldnt hear it at all but I could feel that it was loud. I put the bar on the rack and turn around and like 15 people are looking at me lol,I just said sorry and shit happens and kept it moving but I felt like a dick.
