maryland is a nice place. i've been up and down the east coast and the only other place i'd probably live temporarily is NYC and only if i get a job in a law firm there. if not, maryland is where i'd be. new jersey is nice, don't get me wrong. i was there for a couple weeks in high school visiting family in montclair, hoboken and newark. i just feel a sense of relief when i learn i'm back in MD. virginia is nice as well but i can't handle their expenses. the nice places are more than where i live now. florida is a nice vacation spot but too many damn hurricanes. i don't want to drown.

as for the west coast, i've never been. i had a chance this last v-day to go to a wedding but school took up my time. i plan on going this summer and meeting up with a family friend who works in the movie industry.
